Your story is amazing. Not in the least because I thought you were a man. (I’m blaming U.S. spelling of Kris for that one.) In the land of Oz Kris would be a male dude.) Second reason is that from the age of 4 years 6 months I really wanted to get married.

Coming up to 29 years with my man this year, so I didn’t rush into it or anything; we’re still sweet.

I guess what I’m trying to say is that I planned my wedding for almost 20 years and even made my wedding dress long before I even had a hint of a proposal. It was gonna happen.

I really like hearing your take on “I don’t really need to get married”. It’s different to mine, but I respect it. It fits and I’m glad you are comfortable in your relationship. Comfortable is what old married couples are. If you can get that without the itsy bit of paper and a big waste of wedding money, then you’re on the right track baby.
