How do I Speak in Public?

Use your own voice - don’t change it for anyone

Speak to everyone like they’re people you know

We get info from AI now - offer something else

Emotion isn’t your enemy - it doesn’t detract

Go loud, go soft, ask questions, then answer

Don’t ever be afraid to pause - it’s powerful

People are more receptive to slow speakers

Our brain processes what’s said better then

Express who you are with a personal story

Emphasize one keyword - then hammer it

Believe in yourself and the words you say

Be passionate about what you trust in

If you were asked to do this - you can

Don’t be afraid to speak with feeling

If you feel intimidated - it’s normal

Then shine on while smiling large

Even if there’s not-so-good news

Don’t forget the human touch

And a dab of empathy

This should help

If you act real
