Diet pills don't work for more than about 3% of the population. 5% do okay in the short term. Long term after 12 months or 3 years, the numbers head down to about 1% success rate.

The best aid to a weight loss diet is good old-fashioned fibre. Like in the form of oat meal, apples, whole grain rice n stuff. When you full up on plain water and fibre rich stuff, you can eat three small meals per day and get some control over what goes into your body. And it tastes good.

Better than a tablet, and more natural anyway.
